SEO CoPilot is a Digital Marketing company offering Search Engine Optimisation, Graphic and Website Design based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

At the time of the work we did together, they employed seven staff and outsourced tasks to another 3 team members.

The Challenge

SEO CoPilot invested in reviewing their systems and processes. With my help, we broke down how they work, which areas took longer than they should, and which areas of the business needed to take priority for improvement.

The Solution

One of the key projects we worked on was the creation of a company manual. Documenting all the systems and processes of the business (often called SOPs - Standard Operating Procedures).

This was important to implement so that existing team members could cover roles and also be utilised by new staff members in the future during onboarding and training.

I also took the time to do some personality testing and learning style training with the team to bring stronger teamworking.

Client Feedback
