Paperclip Admin is one of the UK’s leading and longest-established specialists. Paperclip is a telephone answering service, manages bookings and appointments, takes orders and acts as a live chat operator.

Working alongside the Managing Director and Director, is a large team of client administrators.

The Challenge

Paperclip Admin invested in reviewing their systems and processes with a key view of finding a CRM.

My audit and subsequent report broke it down into bite-sized feedback covering the customer journey, operations, marketing, business development and systems.


The Solution

One of the key outputs of the consultation was to find a suitable “overall CRM” that would fit in with their existing systems and processes.

The requirements for the CRM were the following;

• Give a clear overview of sales pipeline
• Ability to record tasks
• Allow multiple users and views/overarching view. Maximum 5 users but likely to be just 3
• Reporting options were required
• £100 per month budget to invest in the software

I managed to find suitable software at just $8 per month, per user, which covered all the areas they wanted, plus 4 additional modules that could prove very helpful.

Paperclip invested in working with a temp to set up the database and get it up and running.
