Amy Burnett has a corporate video production business, which helps turn marketing strategies into engaging visual content, enabling brands to show up in a human and relatable way.
Amy recognised that in order to grow her business, she needed to become much more organised with regard to onboarding clients and with the whole client journey.
Prior to this, she had tried to use various systems, but none of them seemed to fit the bill. They were either too basic or too full on.
Solution
I worked with Amy to help her break down and understand and enhance each step of the client & business journey.
Which meant I could help her find the right all-in-one platform that was most suitable for what she needed and how she wanted to work.
Following on from the initial audit and report, I worked with Amy further to set up the new all-in-one platform, bespoke to her business and needs.
This included setting up and implementing the following;

A simple & clear step-by-step onboarding process to follow every time
Results
She now has straightforward systems in place with a clear customer & business journey to follow.
